MDS Communications provides telephone fundraising services for many nonprofit humanitarian, faith-based, and conservative political causes including: Save the Children, Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, Joyce Meyer Ministries, Operation Smile, Heifer International, Republican National Committee and many others.
The Oshkosh location is seeking an outbound Fundraising Specialist to work in our automated call center reaching out to our clients' current or lapsed donors and helping them reach their financial goals.
Having good voice quality while reading script.
Solid listening skills.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, hear, and talk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Compensation: Starting hourly wage of $10.00/hour with a $1.00/hour shift premium for 9-5pm or 1-9pm Monday-Friday, a $2.00/hour shift premium for 9-5pm Tuesday-Saturday hours, and $3.00/hour for 1-9pm shift Tuesday-Saturday, PLUS possible bonus up to $9 extra per hour. 20 hours per week schedules available: 9-1pm and 5-9pm, wage $10.00 per hour.
